Do I need a doctor's referral to see a physiotherapist or massage therapist?
No, however some extended health care plans require a doctor's referral for the purpose of reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider or we can find that out for you.
Do you bill insurance company directly?
Some extended health care plans allow us to bill directly and others do not.
How long is each session?
First visit lasts about an hour and subsequent treatment takes between 30 to 40 minutes for physiotherapy. Massage therapy treatments are half hour or one hour in length.
Do you have free parking?
Yes, there is free parking space at the back of the building.
What are your services covered by?
Our services are covered by most of extended health care plans such as: Great Š West Life, Sun Life Financial, Manulife Financial, Maritime Life, Green Shield Canada, Industrial Alliance, Blue Cross, Claim Secure, Standard Life, Empire Life, Desjardins, Benefit Trust, Co-operators, Chamber of Commerce, Johnson Insurance, etc.
Patients who got injured at work are covered by WorkerÕs Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB).
Individuals who sustained injuries as a result of Motor Vehicle Accident are covered by MVA Insurance.
